Cancellation

  • In case of timely cancellation (by e-mail) – until 2 weeks before arrival – we charge NO cancellation fee.
  • If cancelled up to 1 week before arrival (by e-mail), we only charge a processing fee​ of € 10, – .
  • If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival (please by phone), a cancellation fees of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If cancelled up to 1 day (24 hours) before arrival (please by phone), a cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In the event of no-show, premature termination or late arrival of the customer, for whatever reason, 100% of the booked activity price will be charged as compensation for the preparations, expenses, staff costs and reservations made.

Weather

Our activities take place in all weather conditions, except during thunderstorms or heavy rain. We have the right to cancel or postpone the activity due to weather conditions or safety reasons. In such case, the participant may choose between a replacement date or a free cancellation.

 

Short-term cancellation due to illness or accident, prior to arrival

If a participant needs to cancel due to illness or accident, the participant receives a voucher for the selected activity, which covers the payment already made and is valid 365 days from the date of issue. If you need to cancel less than 3 days before arrival, please contact us by phone!

 

Alcohol

For safety reasons,​ the participation of guests that have consumed alcohol, is not allowed. For participants who have to be excluded from the event due to alcohol consumption, a 100% cancellation will be charged.

 

Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, the booked activity must be paid in advance online or by bank transfer.

 

Liability

Participation in the activities is at your own risk. The organizer is not assuming any liability! It is the responsibility of the participant or guardian / caregiver to check the health status of the participant in advance. For some activities, an „terms of participation“ document and/or liability waiver must be signed before the activity begins.

Winter Activities & Rental Equipment

It is pointed out that according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG there is no legal right of withdrawal for “services provided in connection with leisure activities”.
It is also pointed out that cases of force majeure such as unfavorable weather conditions or other influences beyond the control of SÖLLE SPORT do not entitle the customer to cancel the booking free of charge.

  • Free cancellation and changes up to 7 days before the start of the rental.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days to 48 hours before the start of the rental period will be charged an administration fee of €30.
  • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, the first day of the rental will be charged in full. This applies to all persons involved in the booking. 
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by email.
  • In case of accident or illness that makes it impossible for the renter to accept the ski equipment, cancellation before the start of the rental is free of charge. A medical certificate must be presented for this purpose.
  • Cancellation during the rental or earlier return of the equipment is possible only upon presentation of a medical certificate for the person concerned. We will refund the person, the unused days minus the used ones. A refund for all family members is not possible. In the case of a refund during the rental period, this can also be handled directly in the store on site. 
  • Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be valid. Please simply send an email with subject " Cancellation: Reservation Number" to service@soelle.at.

Exchange
The rented sports equipment can be exchanged free of charge within the pre-booked category (with the exception of bookings for specific models). If you change to a higher category, you must pay the surcharge according to the price list on site. No money will be refunded when changing to a lower category.

 

Theft or damages

In the rental rate there is NO protection for material damage or theft included. The rented goods have to be used in a matter of their original function. If your rental equioment is tolen, lost, breaks or gets damaged, a retention fee is charged (4* Ski/Board € 200,–, 5* Ski/Board € 300,–, 6* Ski 450,–, Platin Ski € 600,-). 

In case of theft the renter must make a police notification at once.

 

Jurisdiction, Place of Fulfillment and Choice of Law

Place of fulfillment is the headquarters of the ski rental center. In the event of dispute, the court with jurisdiction at the location of the headquarters of the ski school / ski rental center will adjudicate the matter. All matters are governed by Austrian law. The contractual language is German.

 

Payment

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
